Maintenance Committee
The Maintenance Committee assists the Board in fulfilling its obligation to provide oversight of the condition and maintenance of SRA property and other property where SRA has maintenance responsibilities.
Committee Charter
The Maintenance Committee Charter outlines the purpose and mission of the Committee, establishes responsibilities and deliverables, and discusses membership and process.
Meeting Minutes
The Maintenance Committee typically meets at least monthly. Meeting notices are announced in advance on the SRA website and community members are welcome to attend the meetings. Written Minutes of these meetings are published and posted on the website.
Annual Maintenance Report
The SRA Director of Maintenance prepares a monthly report that is reviewed by the Board detailing activities, accomplishments, and goals. The Maintenance Committee prepares an annual report for Board review that evaluates the status and condition of SRA property and assets.
Maintenance Responsibilities
While there are some exceptions detailed in governing documents, in general, the SRA maintenance team is responsible to maintain SRA property, major community assets, recreational amenities, and common community property. SRA also provides street sweeping and snow plowing services. Neighborhoods are responsible to maintain common property and assets within their community. Homeowners are responsible to maintain their private property.
