Dear Neighbor,

Semiahmoo is a special place comprised of a premier lodging, golf, boating, and approximately 850 exceptional residences that more than 1,600 people proudly call “home”. As a member of the Semiahmoo Resort Association (SRA), we want you to know that, as elected representatives of the membership, the SRA Board of Directors is actively vigilant about protecting the value of this unique community whenever it is threatened.

Many of you have shared concerns about the recently announced developments at Semiahmoo Highlands, Sea Smoke Tract D and Inverness. Attached you will find a letter from the SRA Board of Directors on behalf of the Semiahmoo membership stating its position on the recently proposed developments and the requirements needed to protect our community. This letter is being sent to the developers, city government officials in the City of Blaine, Whatcom County, and also neighboring HOAs who share similar concerns.
